What the petition asks
On behalf of Northampton people and on behalf of driving instructor community as im one of the driving instructors. I would like to draw the government attention to fix the potholes in northampton. It is one of the worst in the world. Nobody can travel safely and this costing us a lot.
The government must push the Northampton council to keep the roads safe and legal. Every single person pays road tax and council tax, what for ? We are losing our cars and people cannot drive safely from one point to another without losing a tyre or damaging their cars. This ruins the image of the town and the whole nation and government.
Why it was rejected
It was about a matter for a local council or devolved government, not the UK Government or Parliament.
