Require companies to test all batches of baby formula before sale

Multiple baby formula companies have recalled their products on basis of suspected or potential toxins, and for some companies, the presence of toxins has now been confirmed. Multiple babies have become sick and it's not right that this has been allowed to happen. Companies should be taking more responsibility for their baby products. I have had to switch formula twice, be worried about sourcing new formula and worried whether the new one will also make my baby sick...again!
