Restructure child maintenance payments
Rejected

What the petition asks
Many families struggling financially while non-paying parents evade accountability. There needs to be stronger enforcement powers, improved tracking methods for non-paying parents without fixed addresses, thorough income verification, realistic arrears repayment, and strengthen enforcement action.
Non paying parents should not get away with not paying support for their children.
