What the petition asks

Consideration of the dangers / benefits / costs of ceding control of the Chagos islands to be examined and to consider opinions of all affected parties including Chagosians, British armed forces, British public and diago Garcia naval base users.

I feel this is a foolish and mindless decision which will harm the UK and the Chagosians. It comes at great cost and zero benefit. The decision should be examined for corruption and Misconduct in public office
