What the petition asks

For over 2 decades cafcass have been failing families. They have been failing children. Cafcass have lost all credibility from both sides of the family court. The fact that there is 2 sides in the family court is due to their inability to stand on level playing fields.

A decade I have been running groups and pages. One thing pops up more and more frequently is cafcass failings. Both sides complaints both sides are fearful of cafcass. They toy with the phrase they use best interest of the child. Over 10 years and we have spoken to some of these children now young adults. They all say the same thing they got it wrong. There are no deaths by suicide recorded by family courts. Cafcass over years have failed to do what is asked of them. Change is needed

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
