What the petition asks

Allow feeding pigeons and other urban birds appropriate bird feed without fines. Instead, fine those who give harmful human food like bread and scraps

Pigeons and other urban birds are losing natural food sources due to human development, and many are struggling to survive. Pigeons once helped us in war, yet now we risk letting them starve because of human-made problems. Responsible seed feeding should be allowed, and only harmful human food like bread should be penalised
