Use the road tax more effectively to address pot holes urgently over less pressing road works

Every road I drive in in Oxfordshire and Berkshire has dangerous pot holes. At night and when raining these can’t be seen
I personally suffered an instant flat and was unable to host an important event. I was left on the highway of dark countryside road and it cost me £200
Everyone is speak to is having to swerve to avoid constant large holes
