Asking the Government to introduce a legal cap of max £250 per month for 3 bedroom flat on service charges for shared ownership & leasehold properties. Charges must be means-tested for affordability based on household earnings, so that no family is priced out of their home by unaffordable fees.

Affordable housing must stay affordable by capping fees and linking them to income to prevent financial hardship and homelessness.
