Establish a judge-led inquiry into UK response to international sex trafficking

What the petition asks
Establish a judge-led statutory public inquiry to examine whether UK authorities, regulators and institutions responded appropriately to credible allegations of international sex trafficking networks connected to the UK, and whether reforms are needed to improve accountability.
Serious allegations involving international sexual exploitation networks have raised questions globally about how institutions and authorities respond when powerful individuals or cross-border networks may be involved. We believe a statutory public inquiry would help establish whether UK bodies acted appropriately, ensure transparency, and identify any reforms needed to strengthen oversight, accountability and public confidence.
