Require a mental health alert symbol on patient records

I start this petition in honour of my husband, whose death by suicide exposed failures in our mental health system. I believe warning signs were missed and support came too late. This petition calls on the government to introduce a clear alert on patient records — a red circle with a brain symbol — to identify high-risk patients, ensure faster response from healthcare staff, improve communication, and help prevent avoidable loss of life. No family should suffer this preventable loss.
