What the petition asks
We want Parliament to pass a law which gives ILR / Settled Status holders the legal right to renounce their status.
We believe that ILR / Settled Status holders should have the legal right to decide whether they want to keep or renounce their ILR / Settled Status and to create a formal process for renunciation.
