Legalise having no front number plate on a vehicle

What the petition asks
Legalise having no front plate if the road user chooses to do so to improve, looks, cooling and performance of cars.
We think they look horrible and prevent the car cooling as much as it blocks the grill and prevents the cars full performance due to lack of airflow.
