Stop means-testing heating oil support

What the petition asks
We want the Government to provide heating-oil support that is not means-tested. Around 1.5m UK households rely on heating oil. Unlike gas & electricity users, they aren’t protected by the energy price cap and must often pay large upfront costs.
The Government has announced support for heating-oil households, but this is means-tested.
Heating-oil users should be treated fairly and receive equivalent support or protections, and not be disadvantaged for living off the gas grid.
We want the Government to provide non-means-tested support.
