Enact military, diplomatic & economic sanctions on Israel for attacks on Lebanon

What the petition asks
The UK Government should enact military, diplomatic and economic sanctions against Israel unless they stop their attacks on Lebanon, end their invasion, and withdraw from Lebanese territory. We believe Israel should also pay compensation for the destruction of civilian infrastructure.
We believe the Lebanon should not suffer indiscriminate attacks because of Hezbollah or Israel. The widespread destruction of civilian infrastructure means major rebuilding is vital. Over 1 million people have been displaced so far, and this could lead to more refugees seeking a better life in the U.K. and other countries. We are concerned that inaction on this could encourage the Israeli Government to feel they are untouchable. Thus, we believe the UK Government must take firm action to help reverse this situation.
