What the petition asks

Reinstate blocked Maintenance loan for weekend Students and wave any over payment demand from SLC to formally petition against the withdrawal of maintenance loan entitlement for students at (GBS), following the reclassification of our courses as distance learning due to weekend delivery.

I am petitioning against the retrospective withdrawal of maintenance loans for GBS students. We acted in good faith, relied on this support, and now face severe hardship, rent arrears, and repayment demands for reasons beyond our control. I request suspension of repayments, fair review, and protection from further financial harm.
