We urge the UK government to review immigration and asylum applications refused over 10 years ago, as circumstances may have changed.”
Many people have lived in the UK for over 10 years after their applications were refused, and their circumstances have changed significantly during this time.

They may have built strong connections, contributed to their communities, and established their lives in the UK. In addition, conditions in their home countries may have changed.
