What the petition asks

People in supported living may face inconsistent standards & limited oversight. Families & deputies are not always fully involved in decisions. We call for a review of the regulations and legal protections in place to improve accountability, safeguard rights, to ensure consistent standards of care.

We believe that supported living lacks full regulation, creating gaps in oversight. We want the Government to extend regulation, strengthen the role of families and deputies, and provide clear legal guidance, including on restricting contact and decision-making.
