What the petition asks
Would like the law to be the same when it comes to cats as in the same situation as a dog for it to be illegal to run over a cat and not report it to the police.
Why should a cat be any different than a dog??
This will be someone’s family pet and this cannot continue happening with cats!!!

Too many cats are being ran over in this modern era across the whole country, going missing and being found several days later.
These incidents aren’t being reported to the police and the cats are being left in the areas where they have been hit and left deceased.
Cats aren’t any different to dogs and the laws need to be made the same for cats now.
Being a cat owner myself, this is so frustrating seeing so many going missing or at the side of the road.
