Conduct review of asylum decisions granted on basis of applicant's sexuality

What the petition asks
We want the government to launch an investigation into all successful asylum applications over the last 20 years that granted leave to remain where a contributing factor to acceptance was based on the supposed sexuality of the applicant and the corresponding risk in their home country.
A recent BBC investigation has revealed an industry behind bogus asylum applications. We feel that the industry of processing bogus asylum claims is not just fraud, it is serious organised crime. We think the government has a duty to find out how deeply this criminality has spread and how long it has been going on.
