Amend the Civil Aviation Act 1982 to remove airport immunity from civil claims

What the petition asks
Amend Section 76 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 to remove the immunity of airports from nuisance/trespass claims where Satellite/PBN navigation is used. We also want a new statutory process allowing citizens to trigger flight path reviews via GP-certified medical evidence of noise suffering.
Current law assumes distributed noise. Modern Satellite (PBN) navigation concentrates noise onto a single "rail," which can inadvertently lead to ‘precision-targeting’ specific homes with 100% accuracy. This creates the equivalent to a clinical "Course of Conduct" that can aggravates severe health issues like Tinnitus & Anxiety. Because airports are immune from civil suits, residents have no legal redress for this. We believe the Government Parliament must restore the right to sue for nuisance and mandate path changes where medical harm is proven by a GP.
