Keep ORE 2 exam fees the same for dentist who want to appear for the exam.

What the petition asks
The GDC’s rise of ORE Part 2 fees to £7,000—after 45% and 65% increases in a year—creates major financial barriers for overseas dentists. This risks worsening UK workforce shortages, limiting access to care, and discouraging qualified professionals from entering the system.
Rising ORE fees will delay candidates and reduce the number of overseas dentists entering the UK, worsening NHS access. Millions already lack an NHS dentist, and a 105% increase within a year creates further barriers. Lowering fees would support recruitment; otherwise, dentists may choose other European countries, deepening the UK shortage
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
ORE and other dentist fees are a matter for the GDC not the Government.
