Petition
Ensure immediate mental health support to those not at immediate risk of suicide

What the petition asks
Mental health support is minimal, especially for those one step below immediately attempting suicide. Immediate, long-term mental health support should be available to those who are thinking about ending their life without immediate intent.
Mental health support in the UK is currently bare minimum at best. Legal enforcement and increased funding is needed for early intervention before and during crisis point to improve the outcome. Mental health professionals need enforced regulation to ensure better care of those in crisis, and legally required long-term support before individuals seeking support require this.
