Petition
Prime Minister Keir Starmer to resign
Rejected
9 signatures
What the petition asks
I’m calling for Keir Starmer to resign as the leader of the labour party and as Prime Minister.
It is clear in the recent local elections that the British public have had enough. Although these were local elections, people voted as if it was a national election to send the labour party a clear signal. Everywhere you look the same message comes up Keir Starmer is the issue. He has lost authority in his party. He has lost the confidence the public. Britain deserves better.
Why it was rejected
It was about honours or appointments, which petitions cannot cover.
We can't accept petitions about appointments, which includes calling for elected representatives or public servants to resign or be removed from office.
If you're concerned about a particular policy or decision that's the responsibility of Government or the House of Commons, you could start a petition about that.
