Strengthen UK animal welfare laws on breeding, sales, and cruelty bans for life

What the petition asks
We call for stronger UK animal welfare laws: licensing for all breeding (incl. rabbits), better enforcement of cat neutering from unlicensed breeders, tighter online kitten/puppy sales rules, and lifetime bans for serious or repeat animal cruelty.
We are calling for stronger UK animal welfare laws to prevent cruelty, neglect, and irresponsible breeding. We believe current rules do not go far enough to stop unregulated breeding, unwanted litters, and illegal or irresponsible online sales of kittens and puppies. We want stronger enforcement of breeding controls, clearer responsibility for cat neutering outside shelters, tighter online sales regulation, and lifetime bans for serious or repeat animal cruelty.
