Scrap the £2,000 NI cap on salary sacrifice pensions for Disabled people

What the petition asks
Reverse the £2,000 National Insurance cap on salary-sacrificed pension contributions due in 2029, and keep National Insurance relief on these contributions in full for disabled people.
Salary sacrifice builds a pension automatically, with no repeated decision once set up. For disabled and neurodivergent people whose conditions affect impulse control, that structure is a reasonable adjustment, not a perk. From 2029, contributions above £2,000 attract National Insurance, likely cutting pension saving. Disability is protected under the Equality Act 2010. Under the Public Sector Equality Duty, we ask the Government to reconsider this cap or first assess its equality impact.
