Review existing laws and rules to ensure asylum seekers can access transplants

What the petition asks
We are concerned that the “ordinary residence” rule and related NHS policies are preventing asylum seekers from being placed on transplant waiting lists, even in life-threatening cases.
We call on the Government to review existing rules to ensure access is determined by clinical need rather than immigration status, guaranteeing fair, life-saving care for all.
