Make period products free & accessible in the UK- SIGN NOW!

Rejected 10 signatures

What the petition asks

This petition calls for the UK government to make period products free and accessible in the UK (excluding Scotland).
A menstrual cycle forms part of the female reproductive experience, yet it is heavily stigmatised & profited off.

Period poverty is a barrier risking the health and wellbeing of girls & women, leaving 1 in 5 women unable to afford sanitary products.

This petition calls for this to change. Period products should be free in all public spaces in the UK. Following a similar plan to the Period Products Act introduced by Scotland, we know this change is possible.
