Fund increased capacity at SEN schools

What the petition asks
The special educational needs (SEN) system is broken. There are high needs autistic people who have a legally binding Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). Yet, every single special provision school in a district can refuse them admission.
Despite having an EHCP, they are denied their legal right to education. We feel ignored by our MPs. Families nationwide face this crisis alone.
We demand change:
The Government should provide funding to expand SEN school places and hubs in every district so no child is rejected due to "lack of capacity."
Legal Accountability should be enforced when Section 19 duties are not met for alternative education. No child is "too difficult" to educate. Sign to demand equal education now.
