Petition

Protected Rights for indigenous Welsh, Scots, English & Northern Irish peoples.

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

Driven by our love & responsibility for our nation, descendants, & our shared heritage,
call upon the Government & Parliament to recognise & protect the inalienable right of the English, Scots, Northern Irish & Welsh peoples to preserve their collective identity, heritage, culture & way of life
1 Introduce an immediate & comprehensive halt to all non-low skilled immigration accepting only the brightest and the best.

2 Withdraw from the ECHR on migration & asylum issues

3 Accelerate the removal of illegal entrants, failed asylum seekers, foreign national offenders & individuals who threaten public order or national security

4 Reduce migration incentives by limiting access to welfare benefits, social housing, & other public services for non-citizens and recent arrivals

Why it was rejected

It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.

We are not clear what you mean by "the inalienable right of the English, Scots, Northern Irish & Welsh peoples to preserve their collective identity, heritage, culture & way of life" insofar as it might not already be recognised and protected.

We already have quite a few petitions open on matters relating to immigration and to the EHRC. You may wish to use the search function on the e-petitions site to find petitions which are already open and with which you agree - which you may then wish to sign.
