Stop the development of AI Data Centres in Scotland

What the petition asks
Ai data centres will ruin the Scottish landscape, water systems, will consume energy and create noise pollution. There are plans to build large AI data centres throughout central Scotland and there is no environmental impact assessments taking place.
These data centres are already happening in the US and multiple issues have been reported;
-Energy prices increase as there is a strain on local power grids, and a higher demand.
-Noise pollution is created.
-Water becomes polluted with sediment, rendering it undrinkable and straining plumbing systems.
-Visual pollution is created from the buildings.
-Endangers habitats and is built on green belt land.
These issues are serious and there isn't many benefits for locals.
