Review options for homeowners/landlords to combat aggressive seagulls

What the petition asks
Review whether homeowners/landlords should have easier access to effective pest control methods such as nest removal and culling of young where necessary, such as a proven health and safety threat to residents and pets.
Currently residents may have their hands tied when seagulls nest and could be simply told to avoid the area.
We learnt how important people's gardens are during covid. Losing a safe outdoor sanctuary at home can be extremely detrimental to some people's mental health.
Where spikes and roof deterants have proven unsuccessful prevention, we petition the goverment to allow for the removal of seagull nest from all domestic properties as a matter of health and safety.
