What the petition asks
Stop the over reaching of RDS trying to ban privately owned cars from parking at SP’s place of work with no legal basis
For years RDS have told use they can just ban cars as they please from camps (privately owned land) but according to JSP 800 defence & transport as well as army legal this is not the case !!
