We have no clear universal definition of threshold of harm used by judges solicitors and social workers and CAFCASS officers and the best unrest of the child need trigger definitions as well and reports from CAFCASS and Social Care and other professional needs more scrutiny and judicial oversight seeing that children can be harmed and recommendations made by them has harmed children look at the harm report this is still continuing in courts . More accountability for report writing is needed
