All zoos should go through an investigatory process to check standards and abuse

Zoos aren’t necessarily it leaves an open experience for children and people with less money to see animals they wouldn’t see otherwise the animals generally should be in a free range zone but checks should be required to ensure animal safety and how the animals are kept
