Ban indoor vaping in all enclosed workplaces and enclosed public places

What the petition asks
Smoke-free legislation only bans smoking tobacco indoors, leaving e-cigarettes unregulated in workplaces. We want the Government to amend the law to legally ban indoor vaping in all enclosed workplaces and public places, preventing second-hand vapor and securing a healthier working environment.
Current law only bans tobacco indoors, leaving workplace vaping unregulated. This loophole leaves staff with no legal protection from second-hand vapor. Exposure to chemical aerosols can cause headaches and breathing issues, especially for those with respiratory sensitivities. We urge the Government to amend the law to include e-cigarettes, legally banning vaping in all enclosed workplaces and enclosed public places to ensure safe, clean air for everyone.
