Ban vaping in indoor public places and designated outdoor public spaces.

What the petition asks
Ban vaping in indoor public places and designated outdoor public spaces, including transport waiting areas, children's play areas and building entrances, and introduce appropriate fixed penalty notices for breaches.
Vaping is widely used in indoor and outdoor public spaces, exposing others (including children) to second-hand aerosol and making it difficult for people to avoid. Vaping should be subject to restrictions similar to those that apply to smoking in these locations. Appropriate fixed penalty notices should be introduced to ensure the ban is effective and consistently enforced. This would help protect public health, improve air quality in shared spaces, and reduce the normalisation of vaping.
