The motion
As an amendment to motion S4M-00854 in the name of Jackie Baillie (Procurement of Social Care Services), insert at end "and calls on the Scottish Government to review the system of charges for care home places whereby, at present, self-funders pay considerably more than those placed and funded by a local authority."
