As an amendment to motion S4M-01008 in the name of Nicola Sturgeon (Welfare Reform), insert at end “and is otherwise minded, subject to consideration by the appropriate committees, to oppose the forthcoming legislative consent motion pertaining to the Welfare Reform Bill.”
