The Importance of Architecture and Placemaking to the Economy of Scotland

As an amendment to motion S4M-01287 in the name of Fiona Hyslop (The Importance of Architecture and Placemaking to the Economy of Scotland), leave out from "and calls on" to end and insert "; recognises the vital contribution of businesses, large and small, to economic growth and the need to support them, and urges the Scottish Government to initiate a review of the planning system with a view to identifying the barriers that still exist in the system."
