Scotland's Contribution to UN Climate Summit

As an amendment to motion S4M-01406 in the name of Stewart Stevenson (Scotland's Contribution to UN Climate Summit), insert at end “but realises that meeting the targets set in the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009 will be increasingly challenging, will require the statutory Report on Policies and Proposals to be fully funded to meet the 2022 emissions targets and that therefore there is no room for complacency."
