Modernising Government
The motion
As an amendment to motion S1M-00569 in the name of Mr Jack McConnell (Modernising Government), insert at end “and calls upon the Scottish Executive to produce a clear model of modern and integrated yet decentralised government in Scotland, which recognises regional differences and measures quality of service.”
