The motion
As an amendment to motion S1M-00700 in the name of Tommy Sheridan (Scottish Service Tax), leave out from “on social” to end and insert “and calls for an independent review of local government finance to take account of this principle along with the need to support adequately local government services and local democratic accountability.”
