Financing Public Services

As an amendment to motion S1M-00736 in the name of Andrew Wilson (Financing Public Services), leave out from “expresses its concern” to end and insert “ recognises that the application of the block mechanism and Barnett formula by successive governments has enabled Scotland to develop high standards of public services and recognises that further improvements in public services in Scotland will be best achieved through sustaining our partnership within the economic, monetary and political union of the United Kingdom.”
