As an amendment to amendment to motion S1M-02248.1 in the name of Malcolm Chisholm (Care Development Group), insert at end “but urges the Scottish Executive to implement the recommendation of Sir Stuart Sutherland for the “pooling” of budgets and put in place systems to ensure that funds allocated for community care are actually spent on such services.”
