As an amendment to motion S1M-03154 in the name of Mr Kenny MacAskill (Scotland's Air Links), leave out from “, in particular” to end and insert “calls upon the Scottish Executive to work with Her Majesty’s Government to develop a strategy for ensuring that essential services are provided within a competitive environment that allows low cost airlines to prosper and deliver new and cheaper services.”
