Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Bill

As an amendment to motion S2M-00529 in the name of Peter Peacock (Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Bill), insert at end “but, in so doing, endorses the qualifications and recommendations referred to in paragraph 38 of the Education Committee’s 2nd Report 2004 (Session 2), Stage 1 Report on Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Bill and calls on the Scottish Executive to address these during Stage 2 of the Bill.”
