World Peace

As an amendment to motion S2M-00618 in the name of Tommy Sheridan (World Peace), leave out from “opposes” to end and insert “supports all those who are working for world peace and the extension of democracy; reasserts its support for the route map to peace in the Middle East; believes that the contribution of UK service personnel, including those from Scotland, should be commended, and expresses its sympathy to the families of those members of the armed forces who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the service of their country and in the pursuit of world peace.”
