Recognition of the Achievements of James Clerk Maxwell

As an amendment to motion S2M-01997 in the name of Dr Elaine Murray (Recognition of the Achievements of James Clerk Maxwell), insert at end “and also believes that the Royal Mail should, at the earliest suitable opportunity, mark his achievements by the issue of a commemorative postage stamp, as has already been done by several other countries, such as Mexico and Nicaragua.”
