Rail Links in Central Belt of Scotland

That the Parliament supports the creation of rail links at Edinburgh and Glasgow airports as developments which will benefit the citizens of Scotland, tourists and employees of businesses, industry and commerce throughout the lowland belt and which will develop and advance the competitiveness of the Scottish economy in Scotland’s best interests.
