As an amendment to motion S2M-03028 in the name of Richard Baker (Met Office, Aberdeen), insert after third “proposal” “and, in particular, whether it is sensible to be dependent on a single, highly technical centre when maintaining at least two would mean each could back the other up, thus guarding against potentially catastrophic loss of service”
